Program Description This program provides transactional messages regarding legal consultations requested by prospective or existing clients. Messages may include consultation scheduling, secure payment instructions, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, Google Meet details and requested follow-up.

Consent

Users opt in by providing express verbal consent during an inbound telephone call. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing legal services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, generally up to four messages per consultation request.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile service plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. After opting out, the recipient will receive a final confirmation and no additional messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

The user and Fajardo, Gil, Velarde & Associates expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cancún, Municipality of Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and waive any other venue or jurisdiction that may otherwise apply based on their present or future domicile or for any other reason. This provision shall not limit any non-waivable rights available to the user under applicable consumer-protection laws or other mandatory legal provisions.
